General Information from the CC&Rs and Bylaws

  • The CCG Subdivision consists of only single-family residences

  • There are no temporary living quarters: no trailers, no outbuildings

  • Noxious/offensive activity that is an annoyance/nuisance to CCG is prohibited

  • No livestock/poultry may be raised/bred/kept; dogs, cats, and other household pets are permitted provided they are not kept/bred/maintained for commercial purposes

  • Parking of RVs, commercial trucks, boats, campers or camper vans is not permitted (see CC&R/Bylaw particulars)

  • Fencing must be constructed in accordance with the City of Ashland's municipal code and shall meet the architectural committee's standard

  • Front yards and the exposed side yards of corner lots must be landscaped and maintained; the HOA is responsible for all maintenance of the parking strips

Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs)

The document that governs rules that apply to individual homeowners for the benefit of the community.  CC&Rs outline things like limitations of storing RVs and boats, making significant architectural changes and landscaping guidelines. Every homeowner should be familiar with the Association CC&Rs.
