Find someone else's mail in your mailbox? Please take time to bring it to them, or write a note on it to the mail delivery person and drop it in the "outgoing mail" slot.

Please note that your neighbors and fellow HOA members appreciate personal efforts to maintain nice landscaping and a tidy neighborhood.

See something, Say something: If you think something should be brought to the attention of your neighbors, notify the board secretary and a "heads-up" email will be sent out.

Recent fires have increased awareness that we all need to be prepared for immediate evacuation in case of an emergency situation. Are you prepared? This link provides a checklist to help you prepare. It is a Microsoft Word document which you can adjust for your particular needs.

SPECIAL NOTIFICATION FOR CCG RESIDENTS
Tree and landscape maintenance is ongoing. With authorization from the City of Ashland diseased trees throughout the median strips have been removed and replaced. There are a number of trees and shrubs in other green space areas, at the berm, and near the creek that are still being accessed and marked for removal due to safety needs.

Special assessment fees enable us to continue with these concerns.
​
As with previous tree removals, please be aware that due to the dangerous activity in the vicinity of selected trees, when removal and trimming work is done please insure that all children are kept away from the areas, and cars are parked in other locations. Portions of the streets may be blocked so alternate routes may be necessary.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the board or landscape committee.
About Us
The Clay Creek Gardens HOA is dedicated to creating a great Ashland neighborhood characterized by architecturally distinctive homes, beautiful open spaces and neighbors that know and support each other. For some of us that have lived here awhile we think of it as a new "old school" neighborhood reminiscent of the neighborhoods in which we grew up.

Get Involved
The Clay Creek Gardens HOA relies on the volunteer involvement of its members -- to serve in leadership positions and on committees, to participate in biannual work parties and to get the word out about HOA events and activities. We encourage you to get involved and become active in your community.
